The Russian guy’s apartment, which costs $100 for a month.

All of us wish to live in our places. We all love to live in a comfortable place where we have enough space to live freely. Some people love to choose an apartment in a city to live in, but some people like to live in cabins in quiet woods. No matter what place you decide to reside in, you can live happily as long as you are comfortable in that place.

You have to pay attention to your cost/rent if you plan to choose a residence. If you wish to live in an area which is in a metropolis, it might be expensive. But some people are fortunate to find places to reside for a low cost, even in the country towns and trendy areas.

Dan’s apartment is not quite large or a new apartment. Dan himself says his apartment includes a bedroom-living room area, a kitchen, and a small bathroom. His kitchen comprises only the most essential kitchen appliances. Dan has to layout his fridge in a new place outside the kitchen.

As his bathroom contains a shower, he says that he cannot take relaxing baths after a long day. Dan does not consider himself a wealthy person. He says that he is comfortable with his apartment even though it is small. Dan also believes that it is challenging to find such a place to accommodate for a fair cost.

Dan has no reason to worry over his monthly paying bills as they do not cost more than $50 per month. He has to pay $10 as an annual property tax. Other than that, monthly his water bill costs $2, and the electricity bill costs $8. For a one-person, garbage removal cost is $2. As Dan lives with his wife, they need to pay $4 as the monthly garbage removal cost. The gas heating bill does not come the same in every season.

During the summer season, they get only $2 as their heating bill, but during the winter season, they have to pay $25. The highest amount Dan has to pay is $10 per month for his internet bill. Therefore, as the total payment for a month, Dan has to pay $25 in summer. But when it comes to the winter season, the entire apartment cost for a month is $49.

Can you believe? There is a small backyard in this little apartment.

Dan’s apartment also includes a small backyard where he uses this space to grow vegetables and fruits. He can grow vegetables such as tomatoes, cucumber, and potatoes in his small backyard. He does not worry whether it is a big or a small spaced backyard. The most important thing which matters to him is that he can have fresh vegetables on his table every day. Rather than vegetables, Dan also has a cherry tree which gives berries in his backyard.

Dan also says that there is space left for a temporary restroom in his backyard. Whenever he wishes to enjoy his tea or when he wants to have some little privacy for himself, he uses this space. If you like to celebrate your free days in an open area, you will not find a better place than these backyards.
